Blue Razor helps people register domain names on the Internet. They are the registrar for Amazing.net, one of Capital Video’s websites. We recently asked Blue Razor to decline Capital Video’s business, and we invite the pubic to contact Bob Parsons, the president of Blue Razor, and support our request.
We wrote on January 31:
Dear Mr. Parsons:
The domain Amazing.net is registered with Blue Razor. This domain is used by Capital Video Corporation to sell pornography that violates your Terms of Service. Substantial evidence has accumulated that material similar to that sold by Capital Video is a factor in unlawful behavior, in this case sex offenses. This evidence includes the following:
Porn and Sex Crimes in Other Countries: The Historical Experience
Some Porn Hard to Distinguish from Training for Pedophiles (explicit language)
Porn contributes to divorce; used by pedophiles and rapists
Porn a factor in many sex offenses
Robert Jensen: Influence of Pornography on Sex Offenders (explicit language)
Porn: One Rapist’s Story (explicit language)Amazing.net sells movies such as “Home Schooled #3”, “It’s a Young Girls Thing” and “Early Entries #4” that mock the notion of being of age. Other movies like “White Trash Whore #36” are racist. The following movie, on sale as of 1/31/07 at http://www.amazing.net/…, certainly defames and embarrasses Paris Hilton and invades her privacy. The description is taken verbatim from the website. It is explicit:
1 Night in Paris
Best price on the web! We are purchasing a huge amount of them and will fulfill all orders as soon as it arrives. This collectors item is a must have for your adult video library! Paris Hilton a blue blood celebrity now forever to be referenced by her 102 minutes of shame. Watched this surveillance film of the Hilton family’s worst nightmare. Rick in Paris’ Hotel… Rick’s tongue in Paris’ Pussy…Rick’s dick in Paris’ mouth…Rick’s cock in Paris’ pussy! The finale showcases Ms Hilton’s blowjob talents where Solomon jerks his load on her breasts.I hope you will follow Afternic’s lead [link added] and terminate your relationship with pornographers such as Capital Video Corporation. Please let me know if you can comply. For more information, please see

On February 1, we received this response:
Dear Adam Cohen,
Thank you for contacting the Office of the President.
We have looked into this matter and while the registration of the name was done through us, the site is hosted on nameservers listed as NS1.METROXXX.COM and NS2.METROXXX.COM. An A Record search on this domain returns an IP address of 208.185.107.161 and a search on that IP indicates this hosting server is with:

We agree that AboveNet and DHD Media should be held accountable for their relationship with Capital Video, but we still believe that Blue Razor should as well, since they profit from Capital Video’s business. So we pressed the point on February 2:
Dear Ms. Gaydos,
I appreciate your prompt reply and the information about AboveNet and DHD Media.
I do believe this movie, sold at Amazing.net for months, clearly violates Blue Razor’s Registration Agreement. Amazing.net emphasizes the defamatory nature of the movie in their own sales literature. I hope you will ask Amazing.net to comply with your Agreement, or else refuse to continue to provide services to them.

On February 5 we received this response from Blue Razor:
Dear Adam Cohen,
Thank you for the follow-up comments with our office.
Given that this site is not hosted with us, we suggest you contact law enforcement if you believe this matter to be one deeming the cessation of the website via the domain name. We are fully compliant with court orders and subpoenas and cooperate with law enforcement and/or the courts when presented with their rulings on such matters.
If there are other matters we might address, please contact our office.

Have you sent letters like this to the registrars of any other
websites who sell One Night in Paris? I hear it’s pretty widely
available.
I’m also confused about the relationship between Blue Razor and Capital Video. It sounds like you think BR hosts Amazing.net. But they say they don’t. They say that CV merely registered the domain name through them. They say that they don’t have anything to do with it anymore. They say it’s up to the people who actually host the website, not the domain name registrar.
Is that true? Or can BR yank the domain name if they want? Does BR own the domain name, while CV rents it, or something? Or does CV own it? How does this work?
It makes a difference, because if CV owns it, then you’re just
bugging people who don’t have any control over anything. And even if BR owns the domain, if they have a contract with CV, then they could open themselves up to costly litigation. They would have to prove that the fact that they sell 1 Night in Paris “defames” her, which I
can’t imagine would be easy to do.
You say that AboveNet and DHD Media are also responsible. Did you contact them as well?
So, I guess the questions I’m asking are these: a) have you contacted the domain registrars of other websites who sell 1 Night in Paris, or have you focused on Capital Video registrars? b) what is the actual relationship between BR and CV? Can BR just yank the domain name whenever they want? c) who owns the domain name? CV or BR? If CV owns it, why are you bugging BR?
Thanks, and have a nice day.
What are we going to do about max hardcore? How come he isn’t in jail for raping and torturing women in the business? Is it because they are in the business?Or is he paying people off? I need you to help me out.Give me advice here.Thank you
If Max Hardcore is having sex with or abusing people without their consent, or harming them in the course of his work, there might be a cause for legal action. I would imagine the key would be for one or more victims to complain to law enforcement. If law enforcement fails to act, taking the case to the media (or the web) might improve the situation.
As we have discussed on this site, blackmail and coercion are rampant in the sex industry, and the government often needs a lot of prodding to take action. Courageous and persistent people are needed to come forward.
